Information you provide

When you create an account, request a quote, place an order, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping details, project descriptions, quantities, dates, files, and customer-service messages. We use this information to provide the requested service, communicate about the request or order, produce and deliver products, resolve issues, and maintain required business records.

Payments and shipping

Payment details are entered through the payment provider's secure interface. More Than Mini does not store full card numbers or card security codes in WordPress order records. Payment, hosting, shipping, security, analytics, and other service providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.

Gmail API and Google user data

The private More Than Mini Store Mail application uses the Gmail API only to send transactional store messages from morethanmini@gmail.com, such as account, order, payment, shipping, and password-reset notices. It requests the send-only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send permission. It does not request permission to read, list, modify, or delete inbox messages.

Google account authorization information and OAuth tokens are kept in server-side configuration with access limited to authorized operators and are used only to maintain this sending connection. More Than Mini does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as needed for security, legal compliance, or at the user's direction.

More Than Mini's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Additional details about the sender are available on the Store Email application page.

Website analytics

When analytics consent is granted, site analytics may process page visits, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions such as page views, scrolling, and outbound clicks. We do not intentionally send form text, email contents, or full payment details to analytics. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.

Retention, security, and sharing

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate the store, provide support, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers. No email or online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and contact

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information where applicable by emailing morethanmini@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. You can revoke More Than Mini Store Mail's Google access at any time from your Google Account security settings; revocation stops the site's ability to send through that authorization.
